  1. This website is a great resource, I wish I had found it sooner! My husband has a TBI, and I wrote a book from the spouse’s perspective called How I Survived My Husband’s Brain injury. It will be released on June 25th 2013. Thanks for this website and for sharing your story.

  2. Good for you to share what you have learned about brain injury to help others! Eleven years ago, I felt the same, as there just wasn’t enough information to help those surviving Mild Traumatic Brain Injury. Six years after major recovery and still getting better, I co-authored a book with my cognitive therapist to help others. Would you be interested in adding it to your list of recommended books? “Understanding Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (MTBI): An Insightful Guide to Symptoms, Treatments and Redefining Recovery (2011), by Mary Ann Keatley, PhD, CCC and Laura L. Whittemore, MTBI Survivor & Thriver. Book is available on http://www.amazon.com and http://www.MTBITips.com.

Best to you and thank you for all that you do! Laura
